Terms covering this site and the dispatch line
Using this website or its dispatch line means accepting the terms below. They are written to be read rather than skimmed past, and the substance of them is short: this is a referral service, the work is done by independent contractors, and the pages here are general information about five Arkansas counties.
Call the number for your county. The dispatcher takes the address, the ZIP and a short description, and hands the job to a local crew.

What this service is
This site operates a dispatch and referral line covering Craighead, Crittenden, Baxter, Crawford and Franklin counties in Arkansas. Coverage is limited by county and by type of damage: fire in Craighead and Crittenden, water in Crittenden, Baxter, Crawford and Franklin. No restoration work is performed by this line. Calls are routed to independent restoration contractors who operate their own businesses.
A referral is an introduction and nothing more. It is not an endorsement, a warranty of workmanship, a fixed price, or a promise that any particular company will be available at any particular hour. Any agreement for work is made between you and the contractor, on their paperwork and their terms.
- You callOne number per county. The dispatcher takes the address, the ZIP and a short description of what happened.
- A local crew calls backAn independent restoration contractor already working that county rings you directly and sets a time.
- They look, then scope itNothing is priced from a phone call. The crew walks the building, takes readings, and writes a scope you can hand to your adjuster.
Information on these pages
The county, town, weather and building information on this site is drawn from public sources and is provided for general reading. It is not an inspection, an engineering opinion, a legal opinion, an insurance opinion or medical advice. Conditions at a specific address are determined by someone standing in the building, not by a webpage.
Questions about whether a structure is safe to enter or occupy belong to the local building official and the fire department. Questions about health belong to a physician. Questions about what a policy covers belong to your insurer or an attorney. Nothing here substitutes for any of those.
Limits of liability
This site is provided as it stands, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. No promise is made that every page is free of error or that the site will be available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss or damage arising out of use of this site, out of a referral made through it, or out of work performed by an independent contractor reached through it.
Disputes about workmanship, pricing, scheduling, billing or insurance handling are between you and the contractor you engaged. Raising them with the dispatch line does not transfer them here.
Use of the site
You may read, print and share these pages for your own use. Copying the text wholesale onto another site, scraping it in bulk, or presenting it as another company's material is not permitted. Trademarks, place names and organization names referred to on these pages belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the region and its history, not to imply any affiliation.
Do not use the dispatch line to submit false reports, to send an address you have no connection to, or for any unlawful purpose.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated, and the version on this page is the one in force. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms apply. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Arkansas.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Questions about this page can be sent to the dispatch email address published on the contact page.

None of this replaces a walk-through. It is here so the walk-through makes sense when it happens.
